Your Key Responsibilities
- Employ radiographic and CT methodologies to produce diagnostic-quality images for medical assessment
- Team up with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure precise diagnoses
- Skillfully position patients and calibrate imaging equipment for peak performance
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff
- Maintain accurate logs and ensure equipment is regularly serviced
- Deliver caring support to patients throughout their imaging experience
- Foster a safe, efficient, and welcoming imaging space
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Completion of an accredited radiology training program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to acquire it within 90 days of hire
- Strong familiarity with diagnostic imaging protocols and safety practices
- Outstanding communication abilities, both with patients and fellow healthcare staff
- The agility to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A detail-oriented outlook coupled with strong accountability
- Comfort with technology, including PACS, RIS, and modern imaging systems
