- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service
- Prepare and serve food to Capriotti's standards
- Keep the shop clean and organized
- Work as part of a team to create a great guest experience
- Follow dress code and maintain a professional appearance
- Complete required training (ongoing throughout employment)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and basic math skills
- Flexible availability
