Salary Description
$21.00 - $24.00/hr.
Maintenance Assistant

Why you'll love this role
- Keep a luxury community safe, functional, and beautiful-every day.
- Learn and grow alongside experienced maintenance leaders.
- Handle routine repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support) and safety checks.
- Support projects, painting, landscaping, and curb-appeal upkeep.
- Turn apartments efficiently and assist with urgent after-hours issues on rotation.
You bring
- Prior maintenance experience (senior living, hospitality, or property management) preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with tools and mobile tech.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs; work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.
