Job Details

This position is responsible for power plants engineering support in the areas of performance monitoring and generation optimization, process, plant and equipment design, control specifications, and troubleshooting operational issues. This position is also responsible for process and equipment improvement regarding safety, operability, efficiency, and profitability. Essential Functions Conduct detailed power plants performance analysis, on-site and off-site. Monitor plant performance and efficiency using analytical tools and software. Prepare power generation forecasts and provide other thermodynamics calculations to support planning and budgeting. Provide day-to-day power plants engineering support. Monitor and identify/implement improvements to increase net operating income by analyzing equipment working point and heat source conditions.
