Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the organization.

Sedentary work-exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Research, compile, and prepare reports, correspondence, or other information required by management.
Research and resolve any administrative problems or errors that arise as necessary.
Monitor stocks of office supplies and replenish.
Assist management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Process incoming material invoices.
Process incoming and outbound freight invoices.
Assist the Purchasing department when needed.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and reporting office hazards.
Perform all administration positions as necessary.
Responsible for file retention and storage.
