#x 9; Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, inspecting, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Freight Handling: Loading, unloading, sorting, labeling, weighing, and inspecting inbound/outbound freight. Documentation: Maintaining accurate shipment/receipt records, reconciling manifests, and reporting damaged goods. Inventory Control: Participating in cycle counts and general inventory management. Safety & Compliance: Adhering to all health, safety, and company policies, including general housekeeping. Communication: Liaising with transportation companies, customers, and other departments. Equipment Operation: Potentially operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery. Teamwork: Collaborating with the team and participating in process improvement.
