divh2Director Of Inspections/h2pThis position is for a Director of Inspections, part of the Nevada National Guard. This position is located in an Air National Guard (ANG) Wing Inspector General (IG) Office. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the focal point for interpreting, developing, and implementing Air Force inspection policy and wing-level long-range strategic plans./ppResponsibilities:/pulliPlans, organizes, resources, and directs the execution of a wide range of complex inspection activities for the wing Commanders Inspection Program (CCIP)./liliApplies an extensive knowledge of installation operations and DoD, DAF, and G-MAJCOM guidance to direct complex strategic planning and exercise efforts./liliResponsible for organizing and analyzing data from inspections and exercises across the DoD with the goal of identifying and communicating trends./liliOversees and manages the Wing Inspection Team conducting inspection and exercise activities./liliServes as a qualified complaint resolution representative providing advisory services to individuals, other staff offices, managers, supervisors, and employees concerning the IG program and processes./li/ulpRequirements:/ppConditions of Employment:/pulliMales born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service./liliFederal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation./liliMust be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance of the position within one year of appointment./liliMay be required to successfully complete a probationary period./liliThis position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968.
