Competitive hourly wage of $22 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)* A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.* Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld.* Uniform provided at no cost.Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard* Excellent customer service is always your top priority.* You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.* You provide rapid response in critical situations.* You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.* You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.* If asked to work in the lobby, you provide critical access control and order in Lobby area of your assignment by checking IDs of employees, vendors, customers, and other visitors. Plus, keeping area clear of foot traffic and prevention of other hazards in the area.* If asked to patrol inside or out, that you have the physical ability to do so, plus the ability to use cars in a safe manner.* You are able to stand, sit, walk, and handle the weather throughout your assigned shift.Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard* You are authorized to work in the US.* You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.* You have a valid PILB in hand.* You have a driver's license and clean driving record.* You have superior people skills.* You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.* You have 1 year of Security experience or equal law/military experience.* You have the physical stamina to walk, sit, stand, and handle the weather throughout your assigned shift.* You have strong work ethic!In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
