We Take Care of Our Team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Perform monthly cycle counts and other inventory counts.
  • Identify parts for PARs and dealer calls.
  • Resolve problems and provide assistance to the receiving team.
  • Perform analysis on and resolve location availability issues.
  • Pick and put-away replenishment to support the shipping teams.
  • Perform analysis on pick/path to help the production teams be efficient.
  • Pick and ship vendor returns and scrap orders. Assist with building and equipment maintenance issues.
  • Provide information for procedural changes, safety concerns, or equipment needs to Shift Supervisor.
  • Accept dealer calls and resolve customer issues.
  • Operate material handling equipment.
  • Requires ability to work flexible hours, to include different shifts and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidates must have at least two years progressive warehouse experience and an excellent attendance record.
  • Must possess ability to problem solve and analyze data and information.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to accept responsibility a must.
  • Candidates must also show a demonstrated record of superior productivity and quality.
  • In-depth knowledge of Paragon/DView, or the demonstrated ability to learn the system(s).
  • Dedication to learning lean concepts and applying them in the work environment.
Reports to: Department Supervisor/Manager

Reno, NV US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
