Electrical Helper

KD Electric is a licensed, family-owned Nevada-California electrical contractor with over 30 years of combined experience. Minimum/Preferred Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous construction or electrical experience is a bonus
• Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical environments
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• OSHA 10 certification preferred

Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Assist electricians by supplying or holding materials/tools and cleaning job sites
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand tools
• Drill holes and pull/push wiring through openings
• Thread conduit ends, connect couplings, and assemble supports
• Disassemble electrical devices to prepare for repair or replacement
• Dig trenches or prepare ground for conduit installations
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment between job sites
• Strip insulation from wire ends and assist with basic wiring tasks
• Perform semi-skilled labor in support of electricians on job sites
