Position Purpose
Under the general direction of Chief Compliance Officer or designee, the Compliance Coordinator provides support to the organization in coordinating all Federal and State compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements including Human Subject Research. This includes research and development of current and upcoming compliance expectations and developing Renown policies and procedures. This position will coordinate any audit preparations including internal, external and Federal/State audits.

Education:
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. A Bachelors degree in Healthcare administration or business-related field is required.
Experience:
3 years healthcare related compliance experience.
License(s):
None
Certification(s):
Must have and maintain one of the following certifications: CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance), CHPC (Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance), CHRC (Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance), CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional), CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CIC (Certified Inpatient Coder) required.
Computer / Typing:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
