Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Are you a dependable and compassionate male caregiver with experience in dementia care? Are you confident in handling the daily responsibilities of caregiving, housekeeping, and cooking, while building a strong and respectful bond with your client?
We are looking for someone who is patient, proactive, and understands how to gently guide a client through care, especially on days when they may be hesitant or resistant. If you're someone who enjoys building trust, values clear communication with families, and brings strong attention to documentation and daily routines, we'd love to hear from you!
Male client with dementia who thrives with routine, patience, and gentle encouragement
Used to enjoy outdoor and traditionally activities like hunting, fishing, and watching sports. Loves to discuss these topics.
Loves home-cooked meals, caregiver must prepare lunch and dinner daily
Attends appointments and local outings, transportation support required
Build a relationship of trust, safety, and respect
Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support
Use a calm, reassuring approach on days when the client may be reluctant to accept help
Prepare daily home-cooked meals (lunch and dinner)
Perform light housekeeping tasks: laundry, dishes, tidying, etc.
Maintain detailed daily documentation and care notes
Communicate effectively with the client's family and care team
Provide transportation for errands, appointments, and social outings
Be a self-starter who can identify and handle tasks without constant supervision
Male caregiver with at least 1 year of dementia or memory care experience
Proven ability to handle personal care with dignity and compassion
Comfortable in a household setting requiring cooking and cleaning
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Must pass background check and drug screen
CPR/First Aid certification, recent TB test, and physical are a plus
