We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our client's Concrete Division and lead commercial and industrial concrete construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a key role for a driven professional with proven expertise in estimating, project management, and concrete construction methods.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000/yr.
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of concrete projects; coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers; monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Estimating: Prepare accurate bids with takeoffs, pricing, and risk assessments; analyze drawings and specifications; evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, review financial performance, and process change orders to ensure profitability.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, provide regular updates to leadership, and complete closeout documentation.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, lead inspections and safety meetings, and promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial concrete projects.
• Proven ability to oversee projects from bid to closeout with strong estimating expertise.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, HCSS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
