We're on the lookout for ambitious, motivated leaders ready to grow with us. As an Office Manager, you won't just manage a dental office-you'll be stepping into a role designed to prepare you for potential Regional Director opportunities.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Base Salary: $52,000-$65,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: Earn an additional $10,000-$20,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (with clawback)

- Experience in medical or dental office management
- A passion for leadership and delivering exceptional service
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- Bilingual skills are a major plus
- Successful background check and drug screening
