We operate six convenient locations throughout Reno and Sparks, providing comprehensive, top-quality medical services, dental and pediatric care, behavioral health, low-cost pharmacies, nourishing food pantries, and more.

Job Summary/Objective:The Clinic Site Supervisor assists the Health Center Managers in overall clinic management. Working in partnership with the front office staff to ensure smooth operation at the individual clinic level and is responsible for the day-to-day operation & quality management. In accordance with the Health Center Manager, the site supervisor is accountable for the development and maintenance of organization systems to maximize medical productivity, maintain assets and continuously review the operating environment of the practice. This includes daily oversite and management of the practice schedule and back office-to-front office flow at each of their designated locations. Responsibilities include monitoring of designated metrics to ensure goals are met consistently by all levels of clinical and non-clinical medical staff. Maintains awareness of factors that positively and negatively affect the patient experience, including personnel interactions in the work environment.

  • Salary: $53,639- $80,459
  • 100% company paid employee medical insurance and 90% paid vision and dental on the 60th dayfrom date of hire.

    • PTO 3-8 weeks/year and increased after one years of service: pro-rated based on FTE status

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of essential functions in a core dental/medical clinic
  • Knowledge of medical office practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM coding, insurance billing process, requirements to bill and claims processing
  • Knowledge of an electronic medical record system; preferably eClinicalWorks
  • Skills in operating personal computer utilizing word processor, spreadsheets, databases, and email
  • Skill in operating various office equipment such as a copy machine, a fax machine, and telephone system
  • Skill in accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow directives as set forth by management
  • Ability to work with and supervise others
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, most importantly patient financial and medical information

Education and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, public health, healthcare administration or 3 years medical management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent medical management experience.
