COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm specializing in the electrical and general contracting industry. We are conducting a confidential search for an Electrical Superintendent (Hospital) in Reno, NV, on behalf of a leading electrical contractor.

Our Superintendent will oversee the installation and implementation of large-scale electrical projects.

DUTIES & SCOPE :

• Lead safety and environmental programs
• Monitor job costing, quality reports, forecasting, and productivity
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
• Manage field administration including timesheets, reports, purchases, and diaries
• Organize and oversee subcontractor activities
• Implement construction plans, schedules, and logistics
• Supervise and mentor field personnel (15+ electricians)
• Participate in field work and operate tools when necessary
• Collaborate with support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Journeyman Trade Certification in a related construction trade (asset)
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Building Codes
• Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

• Work in various elements depending on location and weather conditions
• Use of construction site facilities such as Porta-Johns
• Personal weight and tools must not exceed ladder weight limits (Class 1-250 lbs., Class 1A-300 lbs.)
• Always wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves), respirator when required
• Climb ladders, stairs, crawl, stand, stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, sit, reach, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
