You will troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues both in-person and remotely, providing excellent customer service that aligns with company's mission and values. This role is perfect for those passionate about working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, directly impacting employee satisfaction and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues in person and remotely.Troubleshoot video conference issues and provide support for remote employees using various technologies.Log all service desk contacts into Incident Management System (ServiceNow).Assist in the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of software, hardware, and peripherals.Take ownership of employee issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.Must-Have Skills:Strong interpersonal/communication skills.Familiarity with Mac OS X & Windows 7/10 environments.Good problem-solving, diagnosis, and troubleshooting skills.Industry Experience Required:Experience in a tech environment, particularly with a focus on customer-facing IT support roles, is highly desirable.
