Job Qualifications Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to meet hiring needs. Attract the right talent into our entry level roles by establishing productive relationships with local high schools, universities, and community colleges. Pipeline talent, screen and launch selection assessments. Conduct phone interviews and support for entry-level roles. May support hiring managers as on-site point of contact to facilitate our Enhanced Interview Process. May facilitate/support hiring events, same day offers and guide candidates through our expedited drug screen and background check process.
