Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage an information security program aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee ISMS platform for ISO27001 compliance.
• Identify and assess information security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Manage security incidents, investigate security breaches, and provide post-incident analysis and reports.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Coordinate training and awareness programs to educate employees on information security best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies, products, and services to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements - Required and/or Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in IT Business, Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Customer-focused with a business-sensitive attitude.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project and similar scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a security practitioner, systems management, and administration.
• Proven success in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and building vulnerability management programs.
• Understanding of SIEM, EDR solutions, and security standards such as NIST, SOX, PCI, CMMC.
• Knowledge of Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), and experience with security analytics and reporting tools.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, CISM, etc.
