Seeking an IT professional to deploy computing hardware, provide technical support, and maintain IT infrastructure at a project site. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, supporting software applications, managing IT assets, and assisting with automation and reporting.

IS&T Technician Responsibilities

• Deploy and support computing hardware and network infrastructure.
• Provide deskside support for end users, including MS Office, email, and collaboration tools.
• Install and maintain standard applications and IT systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and automate workflows.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT procedures.
• Assist with IT planning for proposals and projects.

• 1-2 years of experience with a degree or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
