As a Security Professional – Retail Site in Reno, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer in a retail or mall location, your duties include monitoring assigned areas, deterring incidents, and providing a welcoming presence. Responsibilities involve conducting patrols, responding to situations, and delivering excellent customer service through communication. A valid driver's license is required, as driving may be part of your duties. We value agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and working with integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Monday 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tuesday 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service following security procedures, site policies, and emergency response.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations within the retail or mall environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity and identify issues.
• Report suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry/exit points as required.
• Support emergency response activities, including evacuations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license per Allied Universal Driver Policy.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Nevada Security Professional Guard Card preferred.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening as per law.
• Licensing required by state/local laws, possibly before employment.
• A valid driver's license required only for driving positions.
