JOB SUMMARY

Provide high-level guest service and implement special programs for eligible guests to increase guest satisfaction and rated play.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following)

  • Maintains ongoing knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities
  • Evaluates guests' play to issue comps
  • Maintains and manages a designated block of guests
  • Utilizes programs to increase rated play in table games and slots
  • Communicates with guests regarding available services, promotions, and special events
  • Reviews departmental activity with Executive Host and Director of Marketing
  • Facilitate communication between guests and other departments when necessary
  • Maintains strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and team member and guest information
  • Prepares and delivers reports as needed

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, at least 2 years of experience in the sales or marketing field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • Gaming industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to obtain a valid state gaming license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ( May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position)

  • Ability to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time
  • Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels
  • Must possess excellent communications and guest service skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
