InReach is seeking a General Manager for InReach located in Sparks, NV. The General Manager is a key stakeholder within our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading company guidelines and processes, and ultimately driving company profitability.

What You'll Do

  1. Work closely with the Distribution Manager, Warehouse, and Service in daily operations, holding departments and staff accountable.
  2. Ensure all branch departments work as one team.
  3. Identify customer issues quickly and respond promptly with appropriate communication and/or corrective actions with operations and Key Account Managers.
  4. Coordinate execution of field pricing changes and other strategic projects.
  5. Coordinate new account execution and assist with client management & retention.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to improve all business processes, efficiencies, and best practices.
  7. Champion a safety-focused work environment for all operations.
  8. Carry out all leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of management experience, preferably within the distribution industry.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance for customer locations.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for developing talent through coaching and accountability.
  • Ability to demonstrate urgency and problem-solving skills, with a dedication to customer service and staff accountability.
  • Proficiency with database inventory management software, route scheduling software, and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
