We're hiring a Client Services Specialist, someone who loves organizing information, supporting a team, and caring for clients behind the scenes. This is a special opportunity to grow into a professional career, with full mentorship and a long-term path toward financial planning or client management.

Although it is preferred, no financial background is required.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clientswarm, professional, helpful
• Prepare materials for client meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain client records and organize important financial information
• Support operational workflows like account maintenance, compliance, and document management
• Assist with scheduling, communication, and client service projects
• Maintain client financial plans
• Prepare for, support, and participate in client meetings
• Continue learning about personal finance and planning practices
• No sales activities are part of this position

Career Path

Youll begin as a Client Services Specialist and, over time, move toward either Financial Planning (advisory side) or Operations (business management side) depending on your interests and strengths.

We offer full training support toward credentials like FPQP, Series 65, and eventually CFP certification.

• Organized and proactive in managing information and tasks
• Bachelor's degree (any major)
• No financial background required were excited to teach the right person
• Commitment to building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
• Embraces technology

Compensation, Benefits, Schedule & Location

• Total compensation is $50,000 to $85,000 yearly, depending on experience
• This is a salaried position with health, disability, and 401(k) with profit-sharing benefits
• 10 paid holidays and four weeks' vacation
• Positive, purpose-driven work environment
• This is a full-time role located in Reno, Nevada
• Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• In-office only (no remote/hybrid)
