Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational strategy for multiple project sites, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Oversee a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
• Develop and implement streamlined processes for project execution and resource allocation that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring communication is open and challenges are resolved swiftly.
• Drive continuous improvement by championing innovative construction methods and technologies that advance our capabilities and competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Operations or similar leadership role within the construction industry, with direct oversight of large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of the construction industry's standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and handling potential issues.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to navigate diverse teams and client relationships.
