Starting pay $15.00! JOB SUMMARY Sell or print tickets for shows and make dinner reservations for packages. Sell tickets to other shows using Ticketmaster. Make sure all guests have a positive experience while attending our show. ESSENTIAL DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following) Sell show/dinner tickets, print reservations and assist supervisor in loading shows Make sure all problems are solved in a quick and professional manner Ensure the safety of all guests Assist in the direction of guests to various locations and aid casino personnel with VIP guests Deal with challenging situations Keep track of supplies, selling and restocking retail, tracking daily sales of tickets, restaurants, retail, Silver Legacy and Ticketmaster, checking group information and booking reservations Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job-related duties as assigned...Office Agent, Ticket, Office, Agent, Reservations, Skills, Business Services
