Location: Reno, NV - Hybrid role (must attend some meetings on-site)
Community Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Health Informatics team. In this foundational role, you'll support the collection, analysis, and visualization of data that drives clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making across our organization.
You will work with a wide variety of data types and play a key role in analyzing data for annual UDS reporting, process improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc analysis. As this is a hybrid role, you'll need to be comfortable using online meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams to collaborate with colleagues across departments. If you're analytical, quick to learn new tools, and confident using Microsoft applications, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
In your cover letter, tell us what excites you most about working with data in a community health setting or share an experience where you used data to make an informed decision in your life and what you learned from that experience.
