Position Overview

Internet Sales Representatives are responsible for being the first point of contact for our potential clients through our online portal. In this position you will consult with business owners to walk them through launching a business and in offering custom solutions on getting their business started and ready to grow!

Responsibilities

  • Call potential clients that have inquired about our products and services through our online portal
  • Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer's needs when qualifying them (training provided)
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultation to increase customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact
