The Job

  • Reach out to potential customers with provided warm leads - NO COLD CALLING!
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and customer retention.
  • Communicate the benefits of utilizing Inc Authority as a business formation partner to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Consult clients on business name checks, formation and filing, compliancy, registration timelines, legal documentation, etc.
  • Identifying new opportunities for business growth along with providing a great customer experience throughout the sales process.

Essential Functions:
  • Excellent Phone Communication Skills
  • Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset
  • Career-Minded Professional
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year in a customer facing role.
  • Sales Experience: At least 1 year in a sales-based role (preferred but not required).
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (MS Office, CRMs).
