Receive donated good and process them in the most time and space-effective manner. Sort, clean and price donated goods for shipment to stores. Discriminate between quality merchandise and inexpensive items, sending to collectibles if warranted. Handle merchandise with care, discarding inappropriate items with suggestive messages, cult slogans, drug abuse, etc. Read and fill orders from Revenue Centers. Keep work area clean and orderly. Follow supervisor's orders without direct supervision. Keep records of processed goods and submit to supervisor. Work effectively with beneficiaries on work therapy assignment. The Salvation Army Fraternizing Policy is strictly enforced. Follow all polices, including The Salvation Army policy of "In Today, Out Tomorrow". All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
